Refund policy

We hope you love our Vital Toothpaste Tablets but if you're not 100% happy, please email us within 30 days of receiving your toothpaste tabs so we can help you. 

We are happy to accept returns on both new and newly opened Sample Pack Toothpaste Tabs (62 Tabs) within 30 days of postal delivery. Please refer to the directions below if you would like a return.

Any of our Subscription Jars are NOT eligible for return.

Any refills or subscription shipments after your first order are not eligible for return, refund or cancellation after they have been charged.

Bamboo Toothbrush and Mint Dental Floss, and any Bundles are NOT eligible for return.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges and we do not offer exchanges on any of our products. We cannot accept empty jars or more than half used empty bottles or jars. We will only accept new and lightly used products. 

Return Process:

• Please send an email to hello@vitaltoothpastetabs.com along with a photo of the products you are returning
• Once approved, we will provide you with a return merchandise authorization number and mailing information
• Ensure your return is well packaged and meets all the conditions outlined below.
• Please mark your RMA number clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel.
• Use an insured tracking delivery service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.
• Send a follow up email with your tracking information to hello@vitaltoothpastetabs.com

Returns Terms and Guidelines:

• All returned items must be new or lightly used. 
• We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
• Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
• Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service for your protection and prompt delivery. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
• Please make sure that the returns form has been approved - We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return or exchange without the return authorization and the correct return address

Bulk orders, or orders over $75 USD are ineligible for return, but subject to additional evaluation by our team.
